Mr. Glickman holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior, has been a member of several professional associations in the career development field, and was the founding President in 1986 and a recent Past President of the Tri-Valley Human Resources Association, a 350-member regional association of human resources professionals, managers and executives.
With over 10 years of counseling experience in both the non-profit and career development fields, Mr. Strouse has demonstrated capabilities in providing guidance to individuals from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.
His professional background includes 3 1/2 years directing a non-profit organization and counseling individuals undergoing significant life changes including personal and career transitions. He has an additional 7 years providing career coaching and marketing services for senior professionals, managers and executives.
Mr. Strouse holds an undergraduate degree in Theology and a Master's degree in Counseling. He is currently a member of the Trinity Center for Conflict Management and the Tri-Valley Human Resources Association.
