Jeffrey A. Glickman, M.A.

With over 25 years in the career development field, Mr. Glickman has seen the employment process from all perspectives. His Professional background includes:

Fourteen years as a Corporate Human Resources Director for two fortune 100 companies and one entrepreneurial startup, screening virtually thousands of résumés and hiring candidates at all levels.

Three years experience as an Independent Recruiter and Human Resources Management Consultant.

For over 14 years, as a Career Consultant, he has applied his expertise in helping people achieve their career goals. He has also been a featured columnist, published in six Bay Area newspapers and numerous periodicals, as well as frequent speaker to professional associations.

Mr. Glickman holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior, has been a member of several professional associations in the career development field, and was the founding President in 1986 and a recent Past President of the Tri-Valley Human Resources Association, a 350-member regional association of human resources professionals, managers and executives.

Brent Strouse, M.A.
Vice President & Career Consultant

With over 7 years of counseling experience in both the non-profit and career development fields, Mr. Strouse has demonstrated capabilities in providing guidance to individuals from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.


His professional background includes 3 1/2 years directing a non-profit organization and counseling individuals undergoing significant life changes including personal and career transitions. He has an additional 4 years providing career coaching and marketing services for senior professionals, managers and executives.


Mr. Strouse holds an undergraduate degree in Theology and a Master’s degree in Counseling. He is currently a member of the Trinity Center for Conflict Management and the Tri-Valley Human Resources Association.

Benjamin M. Glickman
Office Manager & Résumé Consultant

A Regents' Scholar and recent graduate of the University of California at Davis, Mr. Glickman assists clients with professional résumé services and is responsible for managing the implementation of successful career marketing campaigns. He is also a member of the Tri-Valley Human Resources Association.

Leslie R. McClellan
Office Manager

With extensive administrative management experience, Ms. McClellan lends her expertise to the successful implementation of our clients' career marketing campaigns, as well as assuring the smooth, efficient and productive operation of our office. She too is a member of the Tri-Valley Human Resources Association.
